As with my earlier offering of smartphone wallpaper images the selected three images all are telling an individual story by means of the subject, the photographic technique applied, and the story to be told around the individual location and situation when taking the shots.

"Winter-1" is a view from Mount Rigi in central Switzerland right after sunset on a very cold evening in February 2015 using my digital DSLR equipment.
The raw image is the same as in my smartphone offering allowing to setup your productivity devices in a consistent manner.

"Sea Goldie" is an underwater image of schooling coral fish on a reef in the Red Sea in Soma Bay, Egypt. Sea Goldies are reef fish living around hard corals. They swim out forming these orange clouds when feeling safe. If bigger fish or scuba divers approach the entire school immediately swims back to hide within the coral.

"Lavender" was taken mid July 2015 along the Route de la Lavende in the south of France. The image is a crop from a scan of a Fujichrome Velvia 50 scan. The photograph has been taken with an old Hasselblad 500 c/m camera on film.

The selected images are representatives of all three photographic techniques I have been applying throughout this year.

"Coral" is an underwater photography shot from a trip to Raja Ampat and the eastern Maluku islands in Indonesia. This image has been taken at one of the most beautiful dive spots called Gorgonian Passage in the Misool area using a digital DSLR in underwater housing and external strobes.

"Lavender" was taken mid July in the area of Valensole in the Provence, France.

This detail image has been captured on film using a all mechanical Hasselblad 500 c/m camera.
