Tropical Islands

lonely island
Why is it so rewarding and relaxing to stay on a tropical island?

Did you ever experience the recharging feeling when staying on a tropical island for a couple of days? - Almost all people enjoy the stay on a lonely island and find it relaxing. This is an interesting observations.

Yes, on an island you are immediately disconnected from every days life. This helps in going into a different mood and recovering from stress, busy work, conflict, irritation, ...
But what else could contribute to that relaxing feeling?
